Check the version of ArcGIS Enterprise portal from an ArcGIS Enterprise portal home page

Summary

Normally when finding the version of ArcGIS Enterprise Portal on an account, it is done through Portal admin. However, there is another way to see what version of ArcGIS Enterprise Portal a person has.

This article provides the steps for an alternate way to find the version of ArcGIS Enterprise portal. This is done from the home page of the ArcGIS Enterprise portal account.

Procedure

1. Log in to ArcGIS Enterprise Portal, and go to the Home tab of the Portal, as shown below.
2. Right-click on the page (in the image area that says the organization's name) and choose Inspect. Developer tools are displayed and the Elements tab is shown.
3. In Elements, there should be numbers that repeatedly show the version throughout, such as 11.5.0, as shown in the image below. The number is for that version of ArcGIS Enterprise Portal.
