Change the theme background color for a survey published from ArcGIS Survey123 Connect

Summary

In ArcGIS Survey123 Connect, style settings can be configured for survey elements. However, after publishing to ArcGIS Online, the survey form theme background defaults to light green even though the configured style settings are retained. Currently, no option is available in Survey123 Connect to modify the theme background within the survey item configuration.

This article provides the workflow to edit and set the theme background color of a published survey form in ArcGIS Survey123 web designer.

Procedure

1. In ArcGIS Online, browse to the My Content page and click Options on the published survey form.
2. Click Manage in Survey123 website.
3. On the survey form page, click Design.
4. In the Appearance panel, navigate to the Web page section.
5. Under Background, ensure Color is selected.
6. For Select color, click the existing color or the drop-down arrow, and set the desired color.

7. Click Published > Publish.

Note:
Optionally, in the Appearance panel, select the desired theme under Theme. However, this option overwrites the current settings.
