When license files for Portal for ArcGIS in My Esri are corrupted, it is necessary to obtain new license files. Although it is possible to do this by editing the existing license files for Portal for ArcGIS versions 10.7 or higher without first cancelling the old license files, complications may occur when overwriting files.
