HOW TO
Multiple dynamic images, such as photos from field observations, can be included in a map series to visualize all data on the layout and enhance spatial context. However, each picture element allows only one image selection, therefore only the first image attachment is displayed when a dynamic image is added.
Browse this article for the workflow to add dynamic image attachments to a map series in ArcGIS Pro using the Filter option of the picture element.
Note: Create a consistent naming convention for the image attachments, as the filter applies uniformly across pages in the map series. For example, if the images on the first page are named 'Image 2' and 'Image 3', use the same names for the images on subsequent pages.
The first image attachment is displayed on the layout.
Note: Alternatively, right-click the previous image and click Copy. On the layout, right-click and select Paste to add another image.
The layout shows the dynamic images added to the map series in ArcGIS Pro.
