The GeoEnrichment Data Management Utility closes unexpectedly

Description

The GeoEnrichment 11.4 Data Management Utility closes unexpectedly during data installation of U.S.A data packs. When you review the Countries Discovery rest endpoint, it shows (0), as shown in the image below.

Cause

The GeoEnrichment Data Management Utility crashes.

Solution or Workaround

Restart the Data Management Utility and continue with the incomplete data installation. If you are unable to continue with the data installation, remove and reinstall the U.S.A. data packs.
