Frequency tool produces a blank table and the application fails
Description
** This issue is addressed in ArcGIS 9.0 Service Pack 2 (SP2) **
If a Summary field contains a null value, the Frequency tool will fatal with a runtime error and you will get a blank output table.
Cause
The Summary Field contains a null value.
This is a known issue.
Workaround
