Find the single use registration number used

Instructions provided describe how to find the single use registration number used.

Procedure

1. Start Windows Explorer and browse to C:\Program Files\ESRI\License\SingleUser.
2. Open the *FX.lic file in Notepad. For example, open ViewerFX.lic to find the ArcView single use registration number.
3. Look for the VENDOR_STRING. For example:

VENDOR_STRING=UNK123456789

4. In the above example, the ArcView Single Use registration or UNK number is UNK123456789.
