Fill from polygons with curves bleeds into their neighbors

Under certain circumstances, the fill color or fill pattern for some polygon features may bleed into their neighbors, obscuring the border between them.

Cause

This is a known issue.

This can occur in rare situations with complex line feature classes that contain true curves. This can result in what appears to be bleeding or overlapping polygons.
