Feature layer query response caching

Description

ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9 introduced the ability to create an object store using ArcGIS Data Store and configure layers in hosted feature services to have query responses be cached. This functionality was removed and is not available in ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1.  However, response caching was reintroduced in ArcGIS Enterprise 11.0.

Recommendation

Customers who wish to take advantage of this functionality should upgrade to ArcGIS Enterprise 11.1 or later.
