FAQ: Why is the Back Button Disabled on the Second Page of the Crystal Reports Wizard?

Answer

The Back button is disabled on the second page of the Crystal Reports wizard because ESRI's Crystal Reports wizard (CRWizard.dll) calls the Seagate Crystal Reports wizard in a different dynamic link library (CrystalWizard.dll). Once Seagate's wizard starts, it does not know how to revert to the ESRI wizard.
