Why are credits not displayed in ArcGIS Online after subscription renewal?

Answer

In some instances, upon renewing the ArcGIS Online subscription before the subscription’s end date, the renewed credits are not displayed in ArcGIS Online. When a subscription is renewed earlier than the end date, the credits associated with the renewal are not added to the organization until the day following the subscription’s end date. For example, if a user renews a subscription on 1 January 2024, but the end date of the subscription is 5 January 2024, the user will only be able to view the renewed credits on 6 January 2024.

If immediate credits are required, contact Esri Technical Support or the organization account's Customer Service Representative (CSR) to allocate credits for immediate access.
