How long will online support be available?
Online support that’s currently available to customers continues to be available until December 31, 2004 or later. Online support is available for a minimum of one year after Premier support and pay-per-incident support have been discontinued. Microsoft may discontinue online support after notifying customers at least one year in advance.
When will security fixes no longer be available?
January 1, 2005.
When will Premier support and pay-per-incident support no longer be available?
Effective January 1, 2005, Premier support and pay-per-incident support will no longer be available for Windows NT Server 4.0 (Standard, Enterprise Edition, and Terminal Server Edition). This includes security hotfix support.
