FAQ: What is the Default User Name and Password for Manager and Administrator in ArcIMS?

Answer

There is no default User Name and Password for ArcIMS 3.1 or 4.0.

The first time ArcIMS Administrator or ArcIMS Manager is started a dialog for setting a User Name and Password appears.

If a new user prompt does not appear, reset the values using the steps provided in the Related Information link below.
