What are the names, locations, and contents of ArcIMS log files?


A number of log files are generated for ArcIMS components. These files can be used to diagnose problems, analyze performance, and track the program's usage.

The majority of the files are generated by default, and contain limited information. In some circumstances the level or extent of the information can be modified. In addition, there are a number of optional files that can be activated.
