Is it possible to include multiple questions in a single row of a survey?

When creating a survey in Survey123 Connect for ArcGIS, there is currently no out-of-the-box functionality to include multiple questions on the same horizontal row, similar to the Grid theme form .

However as an alternative, to have multiple questions appear together, set the questions into a group question as shown below:
