Getting Started
All training materials are located in the upper left corner under "My Training Plan". Simply click a module to get started. Training is organized in units called Curriculums.
Once you've selected a Curriculum, you'll notice the tabs directly adjacent on the right will be populated with materials. Click any item within the tabs to get started.
Skills Challenges
Within any Curriculum, your first stop should be a "Skills Challenge" if one is available.
Note: Most Curriculums contain "Skills Challenges" which must be completed to complete the curriculum. Skills Challenges are usually the only required aspect of any Curriculum. These can be taken in any order, and there is no penalty for attempting them. You are encouraged to attempt Skills Challenges once you feel comfortable with the subject matter.
How to Request Training
Within the Esri Support LMS, there are several methods of requesting training:
My Competencies
My Competencies shows you what skills you've been assigned to build competence in. Skill competency is obtained by completing one or more Curriculums associated with each skill.

While some curriculums are self-assigned, most require Group Leader approval.
Training Catalog
