The following resources can be used to track bugs.

QA Monitor
If you have a CR# (ex: CR12345) the QA Monitor can be used to lookup and verify its status. This is useful for confirming bugs that may exist in Nimbus (as NIMs) for which a CR# exists, but information is lacking or the status is unclear.

Doctor
Doctor is the Esri Error Report Analyzer or crash dump analyzer.

QFE Team
QFEs (hot fixes) are tightly controlled, but Support Analysts can readily gain access to them by emailing this alias and requesting the hotfix for testing: qfeteam@esri.com
