Does the 'Indoors User' usertype have access to ArcGIS Online?

When accessing ArcGIS Online with an ArcGIS Indoors 'Indoors User' user type account, the following error message prompts:

 "You do not have a sufficient user license type to access this application."

The cause of this error message is that an Indoors User user type only has access to view Indoors applications like the Indoor Viewer and ArcGIS Indoors mobile apps, but does not have the capability to sign in to ArcGIS Online. Users with this user type should sign in directly to the Indoors application URL.
