No, images cannot be added directly as an element in ArcGIS Dashboards. As a workaround, images can be displayed by embedding the image URL in the dashboard element or through another web-based application. Use one of the workarounds provided below.

In ArcGIS Experience Builder, add the image using the Image widget and embed it in the dashboard using the Embedded content element.
