No, an elevation profile graph cannot be displayed directly in a feature’s pop-up in ArcGIS Pro. Pop-ups in ArcGIS Pro can display attribute information, media, and related records, but they do not support displaying an interactive elevation profile graph when an exported profile line feature is selected on the map. To display an elevation profile graph in a pop-up, export the profile graph as an image file and add it as an attachment. Alternatively, create a profile graph and display it in the chart window.

Export the profile graph as an image file and add it as a pop-up attachment

  1. In ArcGIS Pro, open the project containing the exported profile line feature.
  2. Create an elevation profile graph from the selected line feature using the Along a Line method and export the profile graph as an image. Refer to Steps 2 through 7 in ArcGIS Pro: Graph the elevation changes along a vehicle route for instructions. In Step 4, select the line layer containing the exported profile line feature from the drop-down list. Configure the Surface and Distance Units options as preferred.
The Exploratory Analysis pane
  1. Add the image as an attachment to the corresponding exported profile line feature based on a matching attribute value. Refer to ArcGIS Pro: Attachment workflow for instructions.
  2. Save the project.

The pop-up below displays the elevation profile graph for the exported profile line feature.

Create a profile graph and display it in the chart window

Create and display a profile graph in the chart window using the exported profile line feature by selecting Profile Graph from the Create Chart option in the Contents pane. For an alternative workflow using the Data tab, refer to ArcGIS Pro: Create a profile graph from 3D lines in a feature class.

The profile graph is displayed in the chart window.
