No, clauses in the SQL Expression Builder cannot be reordered after they are added in ArcGIS Experience Builder. In some instances, clauses can contain relationships that depend on preceding clauses, and changing their order can alter the intended logic or produce unexpected results. Refer to Problem: The Query widget in ArcGIS Experience Builder returns incorrect results when using multiple filter clauses for more information. While individual clauses cannot be reordered, the Filter and Query widgets allow entire filters or queries to be reordered by dragging them in the configuration panel of the respective widget. As a workaround, delete and recreate the clauses or duplicate and modify them in the preferred order to achieve the desired clause order in the SQL Expression Builder.

Duplicate and modify the clauses in the preferred order before removing the original clauses

In the SQL Expression Builder window of the web experience, click Duplicate The Duplicate icon on the original clauses or clause sets in the preferred order and modify the duplicated clauses as required before deleting the original clauses. Refer to ArcGIS Experience Builder: SQL Expression Builder for more information.

Delete and recreate all clauses to reflect the correct order

In the SQL Expression Builder window of the web experience, click Delete clause The Delete clause icon or Delete clause set The Delete clause set icon to remove the existing clauses or clause sets before clicking Add clause or Add clause set to recreate them in the preferred order. Refer to ArcGIS Experience Builder: SQL Expression Builder for more information.
