FAQ: Are Machines Running Itanium Processors Supported with ArcIMS?

Answer

Some newer HP machines running the HP-UX 11i operating system come with an Itanium processor. ArcIMS 9.1 only works with PA-RISC processors (32- and 64-bit), and not the Itanium processor.

Note:
Only ArcIMS 9.1 is supported on machines with Itanium II processors and Windows 2003 64-bit.

Newer versions of ArcIMS are not supported on this platform.
