Additional information for installing ArcGIS License Manager 2021.1 - 2024.0 on SUSE Linux Enterprise (SLES) 15

On SUSE Linux Enterprise Server (SLES) 15, it may be necessary to enable additional SUSE Package Hub repositories to install all of the packages required by ArcGIS License Manager versions 2021.1, 2022.0, 2022.1, 2023.0, and 2024.0.
