Error Message

When attempting to access ArcGIS Business Analyst Web App, the following error message is returned:

Cause

  • The organization has run out of credits.
  • The member is not allocated sufficient credits.

Solution or Workaround

Note:
Only an organization's administrator can perform the following workflows.

Ensure the organization has sufficient credits

In ArcGIS Online, navigate to Organization > Overview to check the credit status. Ensure the organization has sufficient credits to access ArcGIS Business Analyst Web App. Refer to ArcGIS Online: Get more credits for more information.

Allocate credits to the member to access ArcGIS Business Analyst Web App

  1. Log in to ArcGIS Online, navigate to Organization > Members.
  2. In the Search members bar, search for the member.
  3. In the Credits remaining column, click the credit balance.
Navigate to the Members page to configure the member allocation credit.
  1. In the Set credit allocation window, specify the credit allocation for the member, and click Save.
Allocate the member sufficient credits to access ArcGIS Business Analyst Web App.
