Your account has been disabled by your organization

Error Message

When attempting to log in to an ArcGIS Online or Portal for ArcGIS organizational account on the ArcGIS Online or Portal for ArcGIS website or in ArcGIS Pro, the following error message is returned:

Error:   
Your account has been disabled by your organization.

Cause

The member’s account has been disabled by the organization administrator.

Solution or Workaround

Organization administrators or members with administrative privileges must manually enable the member’s account. Refer to Steps 1, 2, 3, and 5 in ArcGIS Online: Disable member accounts or Portal for ArcGIS: Disable member accounts for instructions.
