Solution or Workaround

Summary

The TIGERARC command yields this error:

Unable to rename scratch file c:\test\t$0000 to c:\test\tgr22023.f51
bail out ....clean up.

Cause

Read only access to the TIGER files.

Solution

1. In Windows Explorer, navigate to the workspace directory containing the tiger files.

2. Highlight each file and click File > Properties.

3. Uncheck the Read Only box.
