Unable to export Web application

Error Message

When exporting a web application from the ArcIMS Java Web Manager, the following error message is displayed:"Unable to export Web application [web application name]"

Cause

This is a known issue with 9.2 Final & SP1 version of the ArcIMS Java Web Manager.

Solution or Workaround

1. Navigate to <ArcIMS install directory>\java\web_output.
   
2. Under the web_output directory, add a new directory named 'applications'.
   
3. Restart the computer.
