Error Message

When adding a CSV file as a hosted feature layer in ArcGIS Online, the hosted feature layer is created in ArcGIS Online, but the data and URL is invalid. As a result, the following error message is returned:

Cause

This error occurs when one of the records in the CSV file contains invalid time, due to the adjustment for daylight saving time.

Solution or Workaround

To resolve this issue, search the CSV file for the invalid date and time records and replace the time accordingly. For example, replace March 12, 2017, 2:10:39 AM to March 12, 2017, 3:10:39 AM.
