Error Message
When Print Previewing or trying to print a map that references the GlobeXplorer U.S. DOQQ Imagery or GlobeXplorer U.S. Premium Aerial Imagery layers, the following error message is printed instead of the map that is displayed in the Data Frame:"Sorry, no data available at this scale in this area"
Cause
The map in the print layout is larger than 1000 x 1000 pixels, the maximum output image size for GlobeXplorer services.
Solution or Workaround
Reduce the size of the Data Frame in the Layout View. The maximum size allowed depends on the dpi of the printer.After reducing the size of the Data Frame, use Print Preview under the File menu to verify that the desired map is printed.
