ERROR
In Portal for ArcGIS, certain pages related to organization and member settings load indefinitely and are inaccessible. In other circumstances, integrating Portal for ArcGIS with an Active Directory account fails. Portal for ArcGIS logs returns the following error:
Error: com.esri.arcgis.portal.admin.core.PortalException: java.lang.Exception: Could not connect to the user store. Please check the configuration and try again.
The Active Directory user or userPassword parameter value is incorrectly configured in the portal's identity store. The userPassword parameter value can be incorrectly configured if an organization's Active Directory account password has expired or is changed.

Note: If the Active Directory account password has expired, ensure the password is renewed in the respective Active Directory account before updating the userPassword parameter value in the portal's identity store.
