Error Message

In Insights for ArcGIS 3.4, loading a CSV file that contains special characters in a text field (for example, a backslash or quotation mark) causes an error.

Solution or Workaround

If an error occurs when loading a CSV file, try removing special characters or saving the file as an Excel workbook, and reloading the dataset. You must delete the failed dataset from Insights before a file can be reloaded with the same name.
