Error Message

Business Analyst returns this error when you extract map data and a summary of the attributes, or when you extract map data and all attributes from the CD:Error extracting (Name)
Error opening dac

Cause

The dataset specified during the installation of Business Analyst is not one that was purchased. For example, the AGS data set was specified and the data set purchased was CACI.

Solution or Workaround

1. Un-install Business Analyst
2. Reinstall Business Analyst
3. Specify the correct data set
   
   

   Note:
   The data set you purchased is printed on the ArcView Business Analyst Data Volume 1 CD.
