Error: Cannot Write Record, Disk Full, ..(MX)

Summary

Running CLEAN on a large coverage fails with this message:

Cannot write record, disk full, read only, ...(MX)
Bail out...
Clean up

Cause

Most likely, there is not enough disk space available to process the coverage.

Solution

CLEAN, BUILD, and all of the OVERLAY module commands require at least 10 to 15 times the coverage size in disk space be available for temporary processing.

Delete all the temporary files (T$ prefix) to free up disk space. Re-run the desired ARC command.
