ERROR
When attempting to add a locator from ArcGIS StreetMap Premium or open a database in ArcGIS Pro, the following error message is returned:
Error: Underlying DBMS error (Database corrupt error when trying to open database)
This issue prevents users from accessing licensed data and limits certain features when using ArcGIS Pro.
The StreetMap Premium data license file (.sdlic) stored locally on the machine is corrupted, outdated, or does not match the installed dataset, causing ArcGIS Pro to fail when accessing the licensed data.

Note: The ProgramData folder may be hidden on the machine by default. In File Explorer, click View > Show > Hidden items to display hidden items.
