ArcGIS for Power BI: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading error)

Error Message

When attempting to log in to ArcGIS for Power BI through an ArcGIS Enterprise account, the following error message is returned:

Cause

The browser's local storage is full, restricting some functionality in ArcGIS for Power BI.
