ERROR
Attempts to create or update a license in My Esri for ArcGIS products such as Portal for ArcGIS fail and return the following error:
Error: MAC address is invalid.
My Esri occasionally fails to recognize or validate the MAC address due to formatting or recognition issues with pre-populated values.
Resolve this issue by manually re-entering the MAC address in My Esri instead of using the pre-populated or saved value. To proceed, copy the correct MAC address, delete any pre-filled entry, and re-enter the address.
