ArcGIS Enterprise: Error executing tool. Failed to execute Export Web Map task. Invalid input

Error Message

When attempting to use the print service on a web map or a web app in the ArcGIS Enterprise portal, the following error is returned:

Error executing tool. Export Web Map Task : Invalid input. Failed to execute (Export Web Map). Failed to execute (Export Web Map Task).

Cause

Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) is disabled on the ArcGIS Server machine. Disabling IPv6 causes some Microsoft Windows components to not function. Refer to Windows Server: Guidance for configuring IPv6 in Windows for advanced users for more information.

Solution or Workaround

To enable Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) on the ArcGIS Server machine and for further information, refer to Microsoft: Change TCP/IP settings.
