ERROR
Attempts to add data from an Excel or CSV spreadsheet to a Business Analyst Online project returns the following error:
Error: An error occurred while saving sites. Please try again later.
Subsequently, all uploaded data is missing after logging out and logging in again.
This error can occur if a Business Analyst Online project is corrupted due to the uploaded spreadsheet.
Uploading data with inconsistent formatting in the Excel or CSV spreadsheet such as the usage of special characters, symbols, or incorrect data in fields that do not support the data type, for example, non-numeric values in numeric fields, can corrupt the Business Analyst Online project.
