There is not enough space in your online account to upload the package

Error Message

The storageQuota value is a soft limit in place as a safeguard in the backend system, although there is no physical limit to what customers can store. 

Cause

If the storageUsage exceeds the storageQuota value, the following error can appear, especially when publishing items from ArcGIS Pro:

ERROR 001147: There is not enough space in your online account to upload the package.

Solution or Workaround

To resolve this error, reach out to Esri Technical Support. The storageUsage value is refreshed every hour to reflect changes in your ArcGIS Online organization.
