Does ArcGIS GeoBIM consume Autodesk Platform Services (APS) credits?

ArcGIS GeoBIM does not consume APS credits, even when an APS app is created under the free tier. Due to recent changes in the Autodesk Platform Services Developer Hub, ArcGIS Enterprise users may be prompted to provide payment information when creating an APS app — even for free-tier usage. This has led to questions about potential APS credit consumption. ArcGIS GeoBIM does not generate APS credit-consuming calls on the customer side, and standard GeoBIM usage does not result in additional APS charges.
