Dataframe rotation causes some map elements to drop when the map is printed or exported
Description
** This issue is addressed in ArcGIS 9.0 Service Pack 2 (SP2) **
Map elements containing a polygon that intersects a polyline with closed loops fail to appear on a print or in an export file if they are contained in a rotated dataframe.
Cause
This is a known issue.
Workaround
