Which ArcGIS Online credits are used first?

ArcGIS Online credits are always consumed in the order of their expiration date and purchase date. This applies regardless of whether the credits come from additional one-time purchases or subscription renewals.

For example, if a customer has a block of credits purchased in May 2025 and another block that expires in October 2025, the system will consume the credits with the earliest expiration date first; in this case, the credits expiring in October 2025.
