Context menu for the attachments tab is not available on a machine in a Citrix farm

When logged in to a computer running in a Citrix farm and using a lowercase username, the attachments tab has disabled buttons, such as the add and delete buttons on the context menu.


The authentication is case sensitive and does not get converted when logging in to a machine on Citrix.

Solution or Workaround

To enable the attachments tools:

  1. Log out of the system.
  2. Log in using an uppercase login name.
