Color-Coded Map and Smart Map Search are not available in the Business Analyst Web App

Description

The options for Color-Coded Map and Smart Map Search are not available in the ArcGIS Business Analyst Web App after upgrading from ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1 to 11.3.

In the following image of the Create Maps tab, we see errors such as "Color-Coded Maps is not available for the selected country or area.", and "Smart Map Search is not available for the selected country or area."

Cause

Required information is missing from the U.S.A data after the upgrade process.

Solution or Workaround

Remove and reinstall the U.S.A. data packs using the GeoEnrichment data management utility.
