Description

Color-coded layers are intended for display and mapping purposes only, and are not supported as input in benchmark comparisons.

Cause

Reuse of online data accessed through ArcGIS GeoEnrichment Services is prohibited according to the Esri Master Agreement, Products and Services (E204).

Solution or Workaround

To create a layer for use in benchmark comparisons, you can generate a layer of standard geographies or hexagons, or, if you have access to a local dataset, use the Add Business Analyst Data utility to create a data layer.
