Change ArcGIS object store from cluster mode to a single data store

Summary

After installing ArcGIS object store in cluster mode, the following steps can be used to change to a single instance mode before creating content.

Procedure

To change the ArcGIS object store to a single datastore from cluster mode.

1. Go to Programs and Features in the Windows Control Panel.
2. Click ArcGIS Data Store.
3. Click Change.
4. Choose the Modify option.
5. Click Object Store so you see an X on it. 
   • If you get a message about removing it, proceed.
6. Once finished, repeat steps 4 and 5 above, this time clicking on Object Store to reinstall (this should remove the X).
7. After the previous step finishes, run ArcGIS Data Store Configuration Wizard to configure the object store
