Change annotation size without deleting the leader line

Procedure

1. Right-click on the annotation layer and select Properties.
2. Select the Symbology tab.
3. Select Substitute individual symbols in the symbol collection.
4. Click Properties. Select the Bullet Leader symbol and increase the size of the text. Click OK and click OK again to close the Layer Properties.
