Cannot zoom to the maximum zoom level in Map Viewer

Description

In ArcGIS Experience Builder, when multiple basemap layers have been added to a web map, you are no longer able to zoom to the maximum zoom level.

Cause

The Map Viewer zoom limits are defined by the basemap that is listed last.

Solution or Workaround

To set the zoom limits to that of a different basemap, reoreder the basemap layers so that the basemap with the required zoom limits is listed last.

Additionally adjust the Visible Range in the Visibility Properties for the basemap layers to achieve a seamless change between each basemap when zooming in or out.
