Cannot move network features that participate in a composite relationship

Description

When attempting to move network features, an error is returned listing the following messages:

"The feature(s) could not be moved"

"Failed to move related features [feature class name]"

Cause

Connected network features cannot participate in a composite relationship with each other. The destination feature is messaged to move twice, once in the network and again in the composite relationship.
