Cannot change the network evaluator type for multiple rows using the inline dropdown list

Description

On the Evaluators dialog of a network dataset attributes, it is possible to select multiple rows by holding the Ctrl or Shift keys while selecting. However, when using the inline dropdown list to specify the evaluator type, it does not change the evaluator type for all of the selected rows.

Cause

The inline dropdown list only changes the evaluator type for the rows that were selected when the dropdown list is opened. This can get complicated when multiple items are selected, as opening the dropdown list can change which rows are selected.

Workaround

1. Select the rows to be changed.
2. Right-click one of the selected rows and point to Type.
3. Click the appropriate evaluator type for these rows.
